I have a house that has authorized the sale of the bank. I had an offer on the house for nearly 3 months and will do the bank if the decision to offer or even refuse to accept the offer. I do not understand the exact process, but I've learned that it is an extremely slow process. I have two offers on two properties in short selling. Did I hear from my agent that two bids were accepted and I thought I might soon buy a house. Nop, but has not yet been completed.
